Amrut Spectrum 004, a Single Malt Whisky, builds on the success of Spectrum 005, a highly sought-after brand in the Single Malt world. Employing a unique cask made of four different Oaks, including American and French Oak, ex-Olorosso, and ex-PX Sherry, the Spectrum 004 undergoes a two-part maturation process. Initially aged in ex-Bourbon casks, the spirit is then transferred to custom barrels. These barrels, with equal proportions of all four staves arranged sequentially, impart distinct characteristics to the malt, enhancing its complexity.
